To install Isah:

1. Use Windows Explorer to open the following directory on your network: \IsahSetup_[RELEASENO]_Isah\[UPDATEPACKNO]_[VERSIONNO]\Client_Software\Isah_[BUILDNO]\
2. Double-click the file Isah.msi.
3. Follow the directions on your screen to carry out the installation process. Note: By default, the Crystal Reports software will not be installed. If you are using custom Crystal Reports reports indicate that the Crystal Reports link should be installed. For more information on installing Crystal Reports software, please refer to the Installation Guide Crystal Reports.
4. Double-click the file IsahLangPack[...].msi in the subfolder LanguagePacks.
5. Follow the directions on your screen to carry out the installation process.
6. Start Isah.
7. To check whether the correct version has been installed, open the Help menu and click About. The About box will be displayed containing all version information. Compare this with the information in System Requirements.
