Preparations for Installing the Update

Before you can start the install process, you must verify that you are using the correct version of Isah and the Isah database.

Checking Your Isah Version and Database Version

You should only install the Isah Document Link update when you are using the software versions as specified in readme.txt in the following directory: \IsahSetup_[RELEASENO]_DocumentLink\[UPDATEPACKNO]_[VERSIONNO]\Documentation.

To check which software version you are using:

  1. Start Isah.
  2. Open the Help menu and then click About. The About dialog box will display information about your Isah and database version.
