Method New: IISPDMProductionHeaderBomLine

Description

Adds a new line to the calculation using the data entry form (F0094) from Isah. After the form is closed the line is also available in the interface if the addition to the database was successful. It will be determined within the form whether the user has sufficient rights for adding lines.
