Setting for 'Export master data and journal entries' process

When you use the Export master data and journal entries process (Financial module, Processes folder), you need to specify whether the financial application to which the data are to be exported supports Unicode. On the Export/import tab (General Settings module, Settings folder, Financial form):

• Select the Use Windows codepage check box if the financial application does NOT support Unicode. The export file will be saved in a Windows codepage format.
• Leave the Use Windows codepage check box empty if the financial application does support Unicode. The export file will be saved in a Unicode format (UTF-16).
