Choosing online or offline Help

Isah provides the following Help systems: an offline Help system (in CHM format in the Isah Help folder on your computer), and an online Help system (Web Help on the Internet). Both systems contain the entire Isah Help, but may differ because of their different formats.

There are two ways of choosing which Help to use: The administrator can specify a company-wide setting in System Admin, and the Isah user can set his preferred Help system via Main menu, View menu, User system settings. The following situations may occur:
