AccountView Windows

AccountView Windows starts every year with a new administration. If you have linked Isah to AccountView Windows, you have to create a new directory for the new administration. To do this, please refer to the AccountView User's Guide.

If you use the COM interface to AccountView, you have to register the name of the new AccountView administration in Isah afterwards. To do this:

1. Open the Financial administrations form.
2. Create a new administration line.
3. Specify the Isah administration in the Logistics administration field; specify the AccountView administration for the new year in the Financial administration field.
4. To be able to export main data and journal entries from Isah to the new financial year in AccountView, you need to activate the Active field.

Warning: If it is necessary to export postings to your 'old' AccountView administration, you have to activate the Active field in that administration line as well. If several lines are active, you have to select the fiscal year you want to export financial data to when you run the export process. Please note that you only export the correct set of postings.
