Use this function to retrieve selected data about the service object while performing service work.
After you have specified the object number, the following information will be displayed: object number, description, part number, part description, installation date, warranty start and end dates, up-to-date customer data and object address.
You can also retrieve the as-built structure of the object by clicking the Structure button. When you select a line in the structure, you can click the Info button to retrieve the details for the corresponding line.
