Use this function to create service messages. You can specify data such as the object number, the service type and the urgency. The dialog box will guide you through the relevant questions.
In Isah, navigate to the General Settings module, Scripts folder, Isah Mobile - Settings section to specify the function group for employees who are allowed to deal with service messages. Only employees with the function group specified here will be synchronized to the mobile device. If you cannot find an employee on the mobile device, check the function group specified in the settings as well as the function group specified for the employee.
The employee must also be a user in Isah. Should an employee not appear on the mobile device, even if the correct function group has been filled in, check whether the employee number is linked to an Isah user by navigating to the General Settings module in Isah, Rights folder, Users form.
The Isah Mobile - Settings form allows you to specify a message type and a message status to be used as defaults during input. These defaults can be set for each individual device.
