Two columns added to Employee data preset

The Employee data - details (Personnel module, Employees form) has two new columns. By sorting the data on these columns, you can create a birthday calendar. When you choose the Employee data preset, you will see the two new columns in the list: Month of birth and Day of birth.

To compile the birthday calendar, do either of the following:

1. Filter on Month of birth and then sort on Day of birth.
2. Sort on Month of birth and then perform a nested sort on Day of birth.

You can now print the calendar by clicking the icon (Print Preview).

Note: The Employee data - details preset replaces the obsolete Crystal Reports report R0031 Personnel birthdays.
