Influencing action checks

At various times, the Action reminder pop-up form shows the employee responsible the actions to be carried out. The Check tab allows you to specify for each action whether you want to receive an action reminder at the times set. For example, if you have created an action for yourself, you do not need to be alerted to the fact that there is a new action for you. In this case, select the New check box for this action, so you will not see a reminder. Clear the New check box if you want to see the reminder again.
