The Actions form displays all or a selection of the actions created in Isah.
Fields
Action types are used to organize actions, such as 'Call', 'Send mailing', 'Create offer', or 'Hold meeting'.
Use this field to enter the employee responsible for the performance of the action. Once you have committed the action, it will be displayed in the list of actions to be performed. This list will be presented to the employee responsible in a pop-up window.
Note: The selected employee can receive an action reminder only if it is linked to a user. This means that on the Users form, the Employee field must be filled in.
Use the fields to specify when the planned action must actually be completed.
Indicate for the plan type whether the action must be completed 'Before', 'On' or 'After' a particular date and time.
Specify the time normally required to perform the action.
To ensure an action is performed, you can monitor the progress of each action. The Status field allows you to enter the stage the action is in, for example 'Not started' or 'In progress'. The action status controls whether the action is considered as an action to be performed. Once you have completed the action, register the completion by assigning the status 'Complete' to the action.
The reminder time indicates the time the employee responsible is to be alerted about the action. This alert is displayed in a pop-up screen listing detected actions.
If, for example, a user's reminder time is set to 5 minutes, the employee responsible will be presented with a list of reminder actions five minutes before the start time of the action.
