If the Action reminder form is shown with outstanding actions for which you are responsible, you need to indicate that you have noted the reminder by using the Mark as Read function. In previous releases, this process resulted in all your actions on the Action reminder form being marked as Read and then being removed from the form. From now on, you can choose which actions to mark as Read: you can use the function for selected actions and leave any actions you still want to be reminded of.
Note: You can now assign rights to the Mark as Read process. Assign the appropriate rights to all users who are allowed to execute the process (choose General Settings module, Rights folder, Users or User groups form, Edit menu, Generate rights).
