The Memo tab can be used to record miscellaneous data that cannot be entered on the other tabs, such as more detailed part specifications, or additional information about a customer. This information is for internal use, and is generally not printed on reports. Most reports have the option to print the memo text, however.
Right-click to open a menu with options, including 'Print' and 'Convert to RTF'.
