Welcome to the Isah Help. The Isah Help has several entry points:

• This section explains the day-to-day operations in Isah, and is specifically aimed at new users.
• Module-specific Help: This section describes the individual Isah forms and tabs. The module-specific Help has the same structure as the classic Isah main menu. Because of their similarities, the modules Cost Estimate, Work Preparation, Planning, Production and Actual Costing are collectively described under the Production modules heading.

  Click to open the Help structure to find underlying tabs, buttons or menu items.

• Processes in Isah: This Help provides the outlines of the Isah software, and is primarily aimed at users who need to understand the bigger picture.
• Application Management: This section contains settings and technical data, and is intended for application administrators.

Tips

• For forms and tabs, context-sensitive Help is available. Press F1 in Isah to display Help information related to the form or tab you have open.
• On forms that only contain a List tab and a General tab, the field Help is displayed in the form description in the Fields section. If a form has more than one tab, there is a Tabs folder underneath the form name, where each tab is described separately. This convenient setup enables you to quickly find what you are looking for.
• Some tabs are common to a large number of Isah forms and always have the same functionality. Examples of these tabs are the Memo, Texts and Projects tabs. To keep the Help information as compact as possible, these tabs are described only once, and they cannot be found using the Module-specific Help, [Form name], Tabs path. You can open the Help for these tabs by pressing F1 in Isah, or you can use the search feature in the Isah Help.
• The Isah Help now includes a glossary. If a glossary term is used in a Help topic, you can click the term to jump to the glossary, where you can view the definition of the term. To return, click the Back button in your browser.
• Have you found a form using the Help search feature, but you don't know where to find the form in Isah? Check the breadcrumbs. The breadcrumbs above the Help topic show the path to the form. Because the Help structure corresponds to the Isah structure, this path will lead you straight to the form in Isah.
• Do you have a question or remark about the Help? Click the icon to send an email message to Isah Support. The email generated already contains information about the item your question or remark relates to, so all you have to do is type your message.
