The Objects form in the Objects module lists the objects registered in the software, and allows you to add new objects either manually or automatically. Objects are unique copies of a part and are assigned an object number as a unique identifier. Examples of object numbers are serial numbers, machine numbers and (machine) locations of products you have produced or purchased. Objects can be specified in orders, upon the receipt or issue of an object from stock, etcetera.
