Use the Texts form to enter default texts for use in various modules, such as sales invoice texts, part texts, and operation texts. Default texts can be retrieved and copied into every memo field in Isah.
For every text code you add, enter one or more base texts, for example texts in different languages. For instance, you could enter the same part text in English, Spanish, German and French. If you then retrieve your base texts while in the memo field for a Spanish customer, only the Spanish base texts will be displayed. If you still want to see the texts in a different language, you can always retrieve the base texts in all languages.
