Filtering data using selected records

To quickly display records without using the filter form, the AutoFilter, or the filter row, you can also manually select the records to be displayed.

  1. Open the form to which you want to apply a filter.
  2. Click the left mouse button, or use SHIFT+click or CTRL+click, to select only the selected records you want to display.
  3. Click Filter on selected records to hide all non-selected records.

Note: You can select a maximum of 200 lines.

Tip: Open the View menu and select Show filter box to display the active filter on the status bar: Status bar filter
