The fields on this tab relate to the sales line that has been selected in the window on the General tab.
The Actual costing tab shows the actual costing data of the selected sales line.
Possible reasons for the costs displayed include:
Turnover is posted at the time a sales invoice or periodic invoice is created for the products delivered.
The Help topic Processes in Isah contains more information about the way in which actual costs are calculated in Isah.
Tip: For parts with a 'Production' origin, the actual costing data can be viewed in even greater detail. To do so, open the Production files form in one of the production modules, and check the AC Cost price tab for the relevant production file. To view even more production file details, you can display the cost components by clicking the Parts, Operations, Equipment or External operations button.
Note: In addition to the forms mentioned here, there are numerous other ways in which you can view actual costing data. From the Information menu, you can open several forms allowing you to generate cross-sections of the costs. You can also use reports.
