Use the warranty condition to specify the date to be used to find a service contract version when the user enters a service call for an object. You can choose from:

• the warranty start date (entered in the object details or in the details of any parent object in the as-built structure)
• the date of the service call.

Use this field to specify a script to be used to determine the contract value of the service contract version. Use a script if you do not want to use the standard contract calculation options available in Isah.

Use this field to change the default method for creating an invoicing schedule. The script you specify in this field will be used during the Generate invoicing schedule process.

The price increase percentage is used for the Extend service contract versions process.
