If the Server batch type field is set to 'Batch archiving by days', use the Older than field to enter how old the data must be before they can be archived, for example 'Older than 365 days'.

If the Server batch type field is set to 'Batch archiving by date', use the Older than field to enter a reference date. All data older than this date, for instance 'January 01, 2011', must be archived.

Use this field to specify how to archive data on the server:

No batch archiving:	Choose this setting if you have not configured the History module yet, and you want to purge the database by manually archiving data.
Batch archiving by days:	Choose this setting to archive data based on their age in days. For example, you could archive all data older than 365 days.
Batch archiving by date:	Choose this setting to archive data based on a date. For example, you could archive all data older than 'January 01, 2011'.
