Run the Create project stage process to register and save the different stages of a project. When you create a project stage for a project, a snapshot is made containing all data current at that time. This means that for each project stage and for each project component, you can see the project structure as it was at that particular time. For example, you could create project stages for the following points: Offer issued, Order accepted, Production started, Production complete, Project delivered, etcetera.
At a later time, you can view the development of a project by comparing the various project stages with each other.
