Changes to Object planning board form

The following changes have been made to the Object planning board form:

• In previous releases, all rows had a fixed height. In Isah 4.5.2, this is no longer the case. On the Object planning board, you can use and on the vertical scroll bar to the left of the calendar to increase or decrease the number of rows.
• A calendar now appears on the right. Days with appointments are displayed in bold.
