Project cost analysis

Open the Project cost analysis form to display a detailed, project-specific overview of the costs. You can specify the data you want to be displayed in the analysis.

The project cost analysis contains all components of the order structure, as linked to a project or project component. Underlying data can be displayed by clicking various fields, giving you access to the entire order structure and base files, such as parts and capacity groups.

Use the form to view and compare costs and revenues. For example, you can compare preliminary and actual figures, compare actual and outstanding sums, or check preliminary and actual costs against the budget.

To display project cost analysis data:

1. Type the number of the linked sales order/offer or the production file of which you want to view the project cost analysis.
2. Select the data you want to be displayed.
3. Click the Get data button.
