Please keep the following in mind when installing Isah:

• It is strongly recommended that the Isah Reports are installed on a network directory. This way, it is possible for all clients to connect to the same standard and customized reports.

To install Isah:

1. Remove the following Isah software:
   • Isah
   • Isah language pack
   • Isah Reports

   To remove this software, go to Add/Remove programs in Control Panel, select the above mentioned applications and click Remove. Follow the directions on your screen to remove the software.

2. Use Windows Explorer to open the following directory on your network: \IsahSetup_4_5_Isah\[UPDATEPACKNO]_[VERSIONNO]\Client_Software\Isah_[BUILDNO].
3. Double-click the file Isah.msi.
4. Follow the directions on your screen to carry out the installation process.
5. Double-click the file IsahReports.msi.
6. Follow the directions on your screen to carry out the installation process.
7. Double-click the file IsahLangPack[…].msi in the subfolder LanguagePacks.
8. Follow the directions on your screen to carry out the installation process.
9. Start Isah.
10. To check whether the correct version has been installed, open the Help menu and click About. The About box will be displayed containing all version information. Compare this with the information in System Requirements.
