Open a Windows Explorer and go to ‘\IsahSetup_4_5_Isah\[UPDATEPACKNO]_[VERSIONNO]\Server_Software\Templates_Management_Studio’. Select the subdirectories ‘Function’, ‘Stored Procedure’ and Trigger. Copy these three subdirectories by pressing Ctrl+C.
Go to ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Tools\Binn\VSShell\Common7\IDE\SqlWorkbenchProjectItems\Sql’ and paste the templates. Make sure to replace the existing templates by pressing Ctrl+P. For instance, the template ‘Create Stored Procedure (New Menu).sql’ in the sub directory ‘Stored Procedure’ needs to be replaced with the Isah template.
