Updating the Isah Print Manager Software

If applicable, update the Isah Print Manager Software:

  1. Remove the Isah Print Manager Software. In order to do this, go to Add or Remove programs in Control Panel, select the software and click Remove.
  2. On your network, open Windows Explorer and navigate to the following directory: \IsahSetup_4_5_EngineeringLink\[UPDATEPACKNO]_[VERSIONNO]\.
  3. Double-click the file IsahEngPrintManager.msi.
  4. Follow the directions on your screen to carry out the installation process.
  5. You can now start the Print Manager.
