Software installation

Perform the following steps on the server on which you will be installing Isah Mobile Sync Service.

1. Go to Start, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, Turn Windows features on or off. Select the following components, if not already selected:
   • Internet Information Services
   • Internet Information Services, Web Management Tools, IIS Management Console.
   • Internet Information Services, World Wide Web Services
   • World Wide Web Services, Application Development Features, .NET Extensibility
   • World Wide Web Services, Application Development Features, ASP.NET.
2. Navigate to the Microsoft Setups folder and install Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 3.5.
3. Install Microsoft Sync Framework 2.1 x86 or x64. This requires you to run all three of the MSI files (the 32-bit or the 64-bit versions).
