The NETCFSetupv35.msi file is located in the ..\Microsoft setups\NET Compact Framework 3.5 folder on the installation computer. Execute this file on the installation computer; the installation computer will then install Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 3.5 on the mobile device that is connected to the Windows Mobile Device Center.

Then also install .NET Compact Framework 3.5 messages:

• For Windows Mobile: Copy NETCFv35.Messages.EN.wm.cab to the mobile device and unpack it.
• For Windows CE: Copy NETCFv35.Messages.EN.ce.cab to the mobile device and unpack it.

You need to perform this step for all mobile devices on which you will be using Isah ML.
