String Parameters Of Stored Procedure Components

• Previously, empty strings were passed on as Null strings to string parameters of stored procedures. In Isah 4.5, this is no longer the case. An empty string is now passed on as an empty string.
• To pass on an empty string in a String parameter anyway, the bytes "#27#27" could be used. In Isah 4.5, this is no longer the case.
