Step-by-step plan

  1. Start System Admin.
  2. Go to the System Settings tab.
  3. In the Job Instructions Folder field, specify the folder in which you want to include your own job instructions. If this a network location, make sure that all users have access to this location. You are recommended to grant users only read rights to the directory.
  4. Save your changes and exit System Admin.
  5. Go to the folder you have specified in System Admin as the job instructions folder.
  6. Create an HTML file for each form for which you want to add instructions, for example '0000.html' for the main menu and '0040.html' for the Parts form.
  7. Write your instructions in the HTML files and save them.
  8. When you start up Isah, you can now open job instructions for each form for which job instructions are available by clicking the Job instructions icon. Every Isah user who has rights to the relevant form and the job instructions folder can access the job instructions.
