eISPDMAnchorPointPosition indicates the position of the bill of materials on the drawing. It is used in the AnchorPointPosition property of the IISPDMPartsListDefinition interface.

The allowed values are:

• appNone = 0
• appTopLeft = 1
• appTopRight = 2
• appBottomLeft = 3
• appBottomRight = 4
