7. Purchase receipts - paperless

This function is the same as function 3, Receipts of part purchases, with one difference: function 7 is paperless, which means that you register the receipts by selecting a supplier, purchase order, purchase line, etc. from a list box. Function 3 allows you to register the receipt of goods by scanning them, which is particularly useful when receiving large volumes of goods.

You can specify the following settings for this function in Isah by choosing General Settings module, Scripts folder, Isah Mobile - Settings:

• Whether you want to set the status of the received lines to 'Quality check'. To set this status, select the Set processing status to 'Quality check' check box. If you do not select this check box, the status of the lines will be 'Ready for processing'.
