11. Part receipts without order

Use this function to create lines on the Part receipts without order form.

You can only register part receipts if part receipts without order are allowed for those parts. To allow receipts without an order, select the To receive without order check box on the Purchase tab of the Parts form in Isah.

Once you have selected a part, this dialog box takes you through the relevant fields.

You can specify the following settings for this function in Isah by choosing General Settings module, Scripts folder, Isah Mobile - Settings:

• Whether you want to set the status of the received lines to 'Quality check'. To set this status, select the Set processing status to 'Quality check' check box. If you do not select this check box, the status of the lines will be 'Ready for processing'.
