Synchronization

The explanatory text about Isah ML describes how the data on the mobile device are synchronized with the data in the Isah database. The synchronization can be performed in a variety of ways, and the method you choose determines which data are erased, updated or added. The section below describes the points to consider for this process.

Isah ML uses three types of tables:

If you choose full synchronization, all table types will be erased from the mobile device and transferred from Isah to the mobile device. If you choose full synchronization, without allowing recreation of the local database, the tables will not be erased, but only the data in the tables will be updated.

If you choose Synchronize, all transactions will first be transferred from the mobile device to the Isah database. Then the data in the Isah tables and the transaction tables on the mobile device will be updated.

If you change the default values and settings for Isah ML on the Isah Settings form, you need to perform a full synchronization to transfer these changes to the mobile device. The reason for this is that the standard synchronization method does not include the system tables.
