Changing the VAT rate

Note: Do not apply the VAT rate changes until the checks and changes have been made in the accounts. The new VAT rates will take effect immediately.

The VAT percentages are displayed on the VAT rates form in Isah. A change to the percentage of a VAT rate will be applied throughout Isah. This means that Parts and Financial VAT policies will automatically use the correct percentage. Follow the steps below to change the percentage:

1. Open the VAT rates form.
2. Change the lines to which the new statutory VAT rate applies.
