• Sales offer/order:

If you have entered only the general order data (the order header), they are created automatically on the underlying form. If you have also entered one or more sales lines, they are created below the order header. Also any shipping lines required are created automatically.

• Shipping notes:

If you choose this option, all items from the first option are created first. Then any shipping notes required are created based on the existing data.

• Invoice recommendations:

If you choose this option, all items from the first two options are created first. Then any invoice recommendation lines required are created based on the existing data.

• Sales invoices:

If you choose this option, all items from the first three options are created first. Then any sales invoices required are created based on the existing data.
