Use the form to create a list box for custom fields. This requires the field type 'Option' to be selected on the Custom fields form. All options selected on the Options by custom field form are displayed in a list box from which the user can choose a value.

The available values are organized in option groups. The option group 'Colors' might contain the values 'Black', 'White', 'Gray', 'Red', 'Yellow', 'Blue' and 'Green', for instance. In addition to a description in the default language, the values can also have descriptions in other languages.

To create a list box:

1. Select an option group on the left-hand side of the form.
2. From the available options, select the values to be displayed in the list box. You can also add values from other option groups to the list box, if necessary.

Example

You have created the custom field Part color, and you select the option group 'Colors' on the Options by custom field form. Out of all available colors, you only select the values 'Black', 'White' and 'Gray', because the user should only be able to choose from those part colors.
