Isah Web Services

Hardware

Memory: a minimum of 8 GB of RAM is required.

If you install the Isah Web Services on the SQL server that hosts the Isah database, this server should have 6GB of additional memory available for Internet Information Services (IIS) and the Isah Web Services.

Software

The server you will use to install the Isah Web Services needs to be equipped with the following software:

• Operating system: Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2
• IIS 7.5 or a more recent version
• Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5. If your operating system is Windows 2012, this will already be installed.

If you install the Isah Web Services on a separate server of its own, you need to be able to make a database connection from that server to the Isah database on the SQL server.
