If you want to know the data underlying the data in the pivot table, you can retrieve the underlying data.
When you double-click a value, total, or grand total in a table, the Underlying pivot table data form will be opened. This form shows the lines that have been summarized in the table. Click a value in the column header to drill down to the source data (where available).
