Opening forms

In Isah, you can have multiple forms from different modules open at the same time. As long as you do not close a form, it will remain open, and it will be superimposed by all subsequent forms you open. You can open a form:

• From the main menu
• From the menu bar at the top of the form
• By clicking a button on the toolbar of a form you have already opened. (Clicking this button will open a subform, for example for a customer's contacts.)

You can also open multiple instances of the same form. You can do so only for the forms you have opened via the main menu, however. To open a second instance of a form, hold down the SHIFT key and click the form again in the main menu.

Closing forms

There are several ways to close a form:

• Click in the upper-right corner of the screen.
• Click and then Close.
• Double-click
• Use the key combination ALT+F4.

To close multiple forms at once, close an open folder from the main menu by clicking the minus sign (-) of the icon. All open forms belonging to this folder will now be closed simultaneously. For example, if you close the Customers folder, all forms you had open in the Customers module will be closed automatically.

If you have made changes on a form without confirming them, a message will appear.

• Click 'Yes' to save your changes and exit Isah.
• Click 'No' to undo the changes and exit the program.
• Click 'Cancel' to return to the program.
