Changing data

  1. Open the module and then the form on which you want to change data.
  2. Click Change (F2) to enable the Edit mode.
  3. Go to the field you want to change, and then change the data as required. You can change multiple fields, and then confirm the changes all at once.
  4. Click Save (CTRL+S) to save the data.
  5. Once you have finished making your changes, disable the Edit mode by clicking the Change (F2) icon again.

Tip: You cannot deactivate the Edit mode until you have confirmed the changes by clicking Save (CTRL+S), or canceled the changes by clicking Cancel (CTRL+U). As long as you have not confirmed or canceled your changes, the Edit icon is not available.
