An Isah application, such as Shop Floor Control, may be secured with a PIN code. If a user has forgotten his or her PIN code, an application administrator can remove the existing PIN code by using the Reset PIN code process. The next time the user logs into the application, he or she is prompted to enter a new PIN code.
To access the process, open the General Settings module, and choose Rights folder > Users form > Edit menu.
