The new Isah Outlook Add-In that is included with Isah enables you to save email straight from Microsoft Outlook as a linked document in Isah (see also the document 'Outlook Add-In' included with Isah). After you have installed the add-in, an icon will be displayed on the Outlook ribbon, from which you can perform various actions. You can specify the entities you want to link the email to (for example, customers, suppliers or sales offers), and define the document type and the document status.
Email messages saved as documents in Isah will be marked as 'Saved in Isah'. You can open the documents created as email messages from within Isah. If you send an email from within Isah, you can also have that email linked as a document.
