Use customer and supplier groups to categorize your business acquaintances into groups. You have full control of the way you organize these groups. You could create groups based on products, price agreements, or turnover ('major' and 'minor' customers and suppliers), or other characteristics.
When you are using groups, you can create and print lists sorted by customer or supplier group. Groups are also used for linking Isah to your financial application: for each group, you can specify to which ledger accounts the journal entries should be posted.
Tip: Start with a limited number of items for a clear and convenient setup. You can always extend your setup at a later stage.
