Roles

Use the Roles form to define the role a company or individual can have within a particular process. A company or individual could be an employee, customer, supplier, customer, supplier contact, etcetera. You can use these roles on forms on which companies and/or individuals are linked to items such as service contracts and projects. You can then specify the role of the employee, for example:

• Advisor
• Decision-maker
• Calculator
• Project leader/project team member
• Architect/building contractor/construction company/foreman
