Use skill types to organize the skills of your employees into groups. For example, you could have a skill type 'Conventional turning', which is subdivided into the skills 'Dimensions up to 25 x 25 mm' and 'Dimensions up to 50 x 50 mm'.
Grouping skills into skill types will make it easier to manage the various types of skills. For instance, you can create or print reports of skills by skill type.
