Run the Use sales price based on commercial price process to automatically copy the preliminary commercial cost price of a part, as specified in a production file, to the Price field on the General tab of the sales line.

By default, the first production file will be filled in. The commercial cost price of this file will be recalculated using the 'Calculate costs' process. You can adjust the sales price suggested, for example when you want to round the sum up or down. If multiple production files are linked to the sales line, you can specify the production file you want to use. New calculations will be performed for the production file you have specified. When a production file has been recalculated, the calculated values on the Preliminary commercial price tab will be stored along with the production file.
