Run the Calculate costs process to automatically calculate the preliminary and/or actual costs of a production file or order (see the Preliminary costing and Actual costing processes). The calculated costs are displayed on the PR Cost price, AC Cost price, PR Commercial cost price, and AC Commercial cost price tabs of the production file.

Tip: To perform the calculation for multiple production files or orders, use the Calculate preliminary costs by status, Calculate actual costs by status, or Calculate preliminary and actual costs by status processes.
