0204 Time Registration - Processing information

The hour lines listed on the Time Registration form have not been processed. It may be that the lines still have to be processed, or that Isah is not able to process them. If not all selected hour lines have been processed after you have processed hour lines, the reason why they have not been processed will be shown on this tab.

Processing information

Reason

  • Not scheduled:

The employee was not scheduled in the working hours table on the processing date.

  • Employee not in employment:
  • The processing date falls after the date the employee has left the company.
  • The processing date falls before the date the employee was employed by the company.
  • Confirmed for processing:

The following reasons for hour lines not having been processed are valid only if a direct time registration system is used (clocking):

  • The hour line is part of a set of which one or more lines have not been confirmed for processing.
  • The hour line has not been confirmed for processing.

The Released for processing check box shows whether a line is ready for processing.

  • The production status of the production order is 'Offer' or 'History':
  • The hour line is part of a set of which one or more lines contain a production order with an 'Offer' or 'History' production status.
  • The hour line contains a production order with a production status of 'Offer' or 'History'.
  • Working hours table line has hour type 'Do not process':

All or part of the hour line falls in a working hours table line that cannot be processed; the working hours table line has the hour type 'Do not process'.

  • Hours already processed:
  • For the employee/capacity group and date, there is a start time overlap with a line that has already been processed earlier. Open the Processed hours form to display a list.
  • For the employee/capacity group and date, there is an end time overlap with a line that has already been processed earlier. Open the Processed hours form to display a list.
