Info on entered/processed hours

Use the Info on entered/processed hours form as an entry or verification aid when manually entering hour lines. It enables you to quickly check whether you have entered the correct number of hours.

The form shows an up-to-date overview of the total number of hours an employee has worked per week or per day, depending on the tab you have selected. For ease of reference, the data on the Week tab are exclusive of breaks.

The Hours entered/processed form shows both the hours already processed and the hours still to be processed. In addition, it shows how many hours an employee is supposed to work. These 'standard hours' are retrieved from the schedule set for the employee. The working hours table that applies to that particular day in the schedule specifies the start and end time.

When you add a new hour line to the Time registration form while the informational form is open, the data on the informational form are updated immediately, even if you have not saved the data. This ensures that the information is always up-to-date. This functionality does require you to select the Refresh check box, however.

If you just want to enter lines quickly, without the informational form being updated all the time, clear the Refresh check box.

Tip: Click the pushpin Always on top to keep the form on top. You will then see the current overview for each employee when you enter the hour lines.
